Previously working with Cushman & Wakefield, Pranshu was part of the Investment Research division, where he supported the firm’s commercial advisory group through data-driven market insights and intelligence. His responsibilities included compiling property and client data, contributing to crucial market publications, and analyzing emerging trends across key growth corridors in the GTA. These insights helped investment advisors craft informed acquisition and leasing strategies for institutional clients. His outstanding performance earned him recognition in the firm’s Global Spotlight Program, distinguishing him as one of Canada’s promising young professionals.

Prior to that, at Century 21, Pranshu supported over 11,000 transactions and 400 agents, streamlining operations and enhancing overall brokerage performance.

Now in his sixth year in the industry, Pranshu brings his analytical expertise and operational experience to 4Land, aligning with our mission of transparency, integrity, and precision in land advisory across Ontario.
